Carla Rodríguez embarked on an exciting journey with HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. After a brief break spent exploring opportunities within the SAS industry, she eagerly returned to the dynamic world of hospitality in her role with HB. Based in Barcelona, she is fueled by her passion for the event industry and committed to guiding her clients towards the perfect venues for their meetings and events. She looks forward to helping her clients optimize their time and money while creating unforgettable experiences.
Carla has more than a decade of industry expertise in events management, group coordination, sales, and business development gained from roles at Marriott (Sheraton and W brands) and Hilton. Having worked across the UAE and Europe, she has competently served a diverse clientele from around the globe, consistently exceeding their expectations. Carla’s dedication to excellence is underscored by her academic background and degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from St. Ignasi - ESADE University. Her proactive attitude, determination, meticulous organizational skills, and team-oriented spirit emerge from her days as a professional water polo player, having rocked it with the Spanish national team until 2013.
