Since joining HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in June 2015, Michelle Jones has formed and maintained strong relationships with properties and CVBs across the world. These strong relationships benefit her clients by ensuring they receive the best service and rates. She helps clients meet their meeting and planning needs with attention to detail, reliability and superb customer service.
Michelle brings more than 20 years of professional experience, including sales, customer service, fundraising, management and hospitality to her position at HelmsBriscoe. Her skills include excellent negotiation, organization and management. She graduated from California State University, Monterey Bay with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She continues to give back to the community by volunteering and fundraising for various organizations.
