Venus earned a bachelor of business administration from Ohio University and master of business administration from Ohio State University. Over the last two decades, Venus has worked in several industries. Throughout all she has maintained a high level of customer service, the hallmark of her career. She is known for meeting the needs of her clients and has excelled in thinking “outside the box” to see the possibilities in all situations.
Venus spent 12 years with the Cincinnati USA Convention and Visitors Bureau. She was one of the top three sales managers, consistently exceeding her annual sales goal and landing some of largest conventions in Cincinnati’s history. Venus understands the importance of finding the right facilities, pricing strategies and the intangibles a destination should possess in order to maximize the success of her client’s programs. Her passion for service, integrity, and hard work hard are a winning combination she uses to serve all her HelmsBriscoe clients. Venus lives in Cincinnati, OH with her two miniature schnauzers Milo and Otis.
