John Ceseña joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, California, he specializes in finding the perfect meeting locations and venues for his clients. He is a skilled negotiator who makes the meeting planning process simpler for all parties involved. Saving you time and money is John’s number one goal.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, John has worked on the servicing side and sales side for luxury resorts in San Diego. He was a Sales Coordinator at Omni La Costa Resort where he quickly excelled, and was later hired by Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa as an Executive Meeting Manager. Two years later, he elevated his position to The Lodge at Torrey Pines as National Sales Manager. After leaving the resort arena for a couple of years due to the pandemic, John decided he wanted to get back to what he loved most and joined Alila Marea Beach Resort as Senior National Sales Manager. John quickly realized that his passion was to help clients navigate the sales process, leading him to join HelmsBriscoe. He takes pride in developing long-term, trusting relationships with his clients through transparency, genuineness, and exceptional customer service.
